What's on the nightstand?

I thought it would be fun to share with you 2 books that I recently purchased. I cannot share a review on these yet because I got them in the mail from Amazon.com today. I always love to see what other people are reading, so let me know what's on your nightstand!

1.Veganist-Kathy Freston
What is says on Amazon
Filled with compelling facts, stories of people who have improved their weight and health conditions as a result of making the switch, and Q&As with the leading medical researchers, Veganist concludes with a step-by-step practical guide to becoming a veganist…easily and gradually. It is an accessible, optimistic, and illuminating book that will change the way you eat forever. No less delicious, still hearty and satisfying--just better for you and for all.

2.A Place of Yes-Bethenny Frankel
What is says on Amazon
FIND YOUR TRUTH: Dig deep inside and figure out what is authentic for you, not anybody else.
ACT ON IT: You don’t have to have a master plan. But unless you do something, you’ve done nothing.
EVERYTHING’S YOUR BUSINESS: Treat every job, person, and experience as if it could lead to your next big opportunity.
OWN IT: If you do it, say it, think it—then own it. Stand up for yourself and fully acknowledge who you really are.

I am not a Vegan, like I have mentioned before I have been a vegetarian for 15 yrs. I am always interested in bettering myself, and taking care of my body. I will let you know what I think, I think these will both be quick reads for me.
